Job summary

Rehlko in Kenosha, Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Materials & Inventory Coordinator to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, and alignment with production schedules.

In this role you will coordinate production orders, monitor material requirements, maintain accurate SAP/ERP transactions, and collaborate with Purchasing, Scheduling, and Operations to resolve material constraints while supporting cycle counts and audits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or equivalent) in related field plus 4+ years materials management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 4+ years in materials management or manufacturing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; SAP/ERP familiarity.
• Strong inventory control and production planning knowledge.
• Analytical and problem-solving with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Release and prioritize production orders in support of manufacturing schedules.
• Ensure materials and components are available to production lines.
• Monitor shortages and coordinate recovery with Purchasing, Scheduling, Operations.
• Maintain accurate WIP and inventory transactions in SAP/ERP.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support training of Material Handlers.
• Participate in annual physical inventory and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement of material flow and inventory control.
