Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior Materials & Inventory Coordinator to support manufacturing operations by ensuring material availability and inventory accuracy, coordinating production orders, and aligning with production schedules. The role partners with Purchasing, Scheduling, and Operations to resolve material constraints and improve flow.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, audits, and maintaining SAP/ERP transactions, with opportunities to drive continuous improvement and develop materials

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field, or 4+ years materials management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in materials management, inventory control, production planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience using SAP, ERP, or other manufacturing/inventory management systems.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, production orders, and manufacturing schedules.
  • Experience investigating inventory discrepancies and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple production and material requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify material shortages and coordinate recovery actions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Purchasing, Planning, Operations, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate system and inventory records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

The Senior Materials & Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, and alignment with production schedules. This Senior Materials & Inventory Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating production orders, monitoring material requirements and shortages, maintaining accurate inventory and WIP transactions within SAP/ERP systems, and partnering with Purchasing, Scheduling, and Operations to resolve material constraints. Key Responsibilities

  • 4+ years of experience in materials management, inventory control, production planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience using SAP, ERP, or other manufacturing/inventory management systems.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, production orders, and manufacturing schedules.

The Hourly range for this position is $29.50-$36.90.The specific Hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
