Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fabric development.
• 3+ years managing a team in material development.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fibers.

Responsibilities

• Lead material development from concept through commercialization.
• Manage direct mill and vendor partnerships globally.
• Establish KPIs tied to material readiness and approvals.
