Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Senior Specialist Material Program Manager for our Los Angeles/Canoga Park office. You will develop and manage time-phased material acquisition plans, coordinate procurement strategies, and drive implementation across ERP/MRP systems to support program schedules.

Responsibilities include budgeting via EVMS/CAM, BOM analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure demand satisfaction. A US security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior SCM experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior SCM experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior SCM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a time-phased material acquisition plan aligned with production schedules.
• Establish procurement strategies based on ERP/MRP data and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Coordinate material acquisition and fabrication status across departments to support schedules.
• Develop labor and BOM budgets and monitor EVMS/CAM performance.
• It may be necessary to obtain a US security clearance.
