Job summary

Antora Energy is seeking a Sr. Material Planner to own day-to-day material readiness, maintain MRP data integrity, coordinate with suppliers, and support the production floor in real time.

You will shape planning processes, mentor junior staff, and drive cross-functional improvements that scale with our growth, reporting to the Material Planning Manager and partnering with Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in material planning, production planning, or purchasing in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with an integrated MRP/ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Solid understanding of BOM structures, lead-time logic, and basic inventory-control concepts.
• Proven ability to build supplier relationships and negotiate delivery commitments.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; comfort with SQL or BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• MRP Ownership & Data Integrity: primary user of MRP/ERP system; maintain core MRP parameters.
• Supplier Follow-up & Shortage Mitigation: manage supplier communication and escalation SOPs.
• Production & Warehouse Support: respond to material shortages and coordinate actions.
• Analytics & Continuous Improvement: build dashboards, drive cost-reduction initiatives.
