Job summary

RTX is hiring for an onsite role in the United States (Burnsville area) requiring a U.S. Person status. The candidate will use SAP to process shipments, manage documentation for customs and AES/EEI, and maintain strong relationships with the ITC team.

A government-contract aware background and shipping familiarity are preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities and a customer-service focus will be essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
• Associates of Arts or a Technical degree preferred
• SAP knowledge is preferred; Previous experience with government contracts, packaging requirements, and shipping procedures is preferred
• Proven work history involving ownership of a process or project

Responsibilities

• Use of company SAP system to process shipments
• Create documentation for international customs purposes– Commercial Invoice, SLI, etc.
• Ability to understand and perform AES/EEI filing requirements
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the ITC team
• Provide top-notch customer service by handling urgent requests from internal and external customers
• Report, update, transact and provide information that supports company sales
• Interact with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge, or resolve problems related to business issues
