Job summary

RTX is hiring for an onsite role in the United States (Burnsville area) requiring a U.S. Person status. The candidate will use SAP to process shipments, manage documentation for customs and AES/EEI, and maintain strong relationships with the ITC team.

A government-contract aware background and shipping familiarity are preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities and a customer-service focus will be essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
• Associates of Arts or a Technical degree preferred
• SAP knowledge is preferred; Previous experience with government contracts, packaging requirements, and shipping procedures is preferred

What You Will Do:

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is $50,924 - $95,511. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
