Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to own and drive material handling projects across our network from initiation to handover. You will partner with WWDE, Operations Engineering, and suppliers to standardize delivery and scale OMHS programs.

The role requires strong technical program management, risk reduction, and a hands-on approach to achieving strategic objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, own budgets and schedules, and develop deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience leading complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong familiarity with project lifecycle frameworks and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single-threaded leader for material handling system implementation programs across mechanical, electrical, and controls.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team and subcontractors; set priorities and manage scheduling and budgets.
• Manage project master schedule, contracts, technical and financial aspects to ensure timely completion.
• Drive cross-functional communications, define KPIs, and build relationships with operations, vendors, and leaders.
• Define and improve technical standards, deployment methodologies, and playbooks for material handling systems.
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines to ensure requirements and metrics are met through lifecycle phases.
• Manage partnerships with OEMs and 3P firms for design, integration, and commissioning.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and maintain engineering documentation standards.
• Drive commercial and technical strategy to increase velocity while maintaining quality.
