The Senior Material Handler is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
This role supports manufacturing operations through inventory control, ERP transactions, shipping and receiving, and continuous process improvement in a regulated environment.
Tuesday‑Saturday, 6am–5pm Pacific Time (flexible hours).
Demonstrate curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to critically evaluate and responsibly leverage AI‑enabled tools in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of work.
Employees living within 50miles of a Guardant facility are required to work onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The remaining days may be spent working from home as per management and policy guidelines.
Base salary range (primary location RedwoodCity, CA): $29,000–$40,000. Other U.S. locations: $25,000–$34,000. Colorado: $26,000–$36,000.
