• Monitor performance and audit transactions.
• Compile data and generate reports.
• Identify, document and propose process improvements.
• Verify incoming materials against orders and packing lists.
• Resolve delivery discrepancies with purchasing.
• Inspect deliveries for damage.
• Prepare goods for shipment and maintain counts.
• Schedule pickups and interact with freight carriers.
• Post weights and shipping charges; maintain shipment files.
• Handle customer claims about wrong/missing/defective shipments.
• Generate transactions to correct errors.
