Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Sr. Material Handler in the Pittsburgh, PA area to support a manufacturing plant or service logistics operations. The role involves the physical and transactional movement of materials across warehousing, receiving, material handling, and shipping with exposure to SAP systems and PPE requirements.

High school diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
SAP proficiency for daily transactions in one primary logistics function.
Strong problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced warehouse and materials functions and SAP transactions.
Follow all documented processes and procedures.
Transport materials physically using PPE and equipment; ensure timely SAP postings.
Package finished products per visual work instructions and regulatory requirements.
Complete transactional steps to receive and ship material and identify process improvements.
