Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Material Handler in Indianola, PA for the 2nd shift (2pm – 10:20pm). The role supports our manufacturing operations, handling materials, following SAP transactions with PPE, and finishing packaging according to regulatory requirements.

We offer on the job training, a 3-shift schedule with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, generous time off (120 vacation hours, 128 holiday hours, 40 sick hours), medical/dental/vision, educational assistance, and a yearly bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrates problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Quickly learns new IT systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow all documented processes and procedures.
• Maintain physical transport of materials and complete SAP transactions with PPE and material handling equipment.
• Finish product packaging following visual work instructions and regulatory requirements.
• Complete all transactional steps to receive and ship material.
