Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is hiring a Material Handler III in the United States to support production of Plastic Pour Bottles.

You will ensure materials are accurate, available, and properly handled across production and warehouse areas, performing line clearances, material verification, and forklift moves. The role emphasizes safety, lean initiatives, and documentation, with a focus on continuous improvement and a clean, organized workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Basic mathematical skills and computer use expected.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures.
• Ability to complete documentation legibly and per procedure.
• Forklift and hand cart operation training preferred.
• Audiometric testing and hearing protection required.
• Knowledge of cGMP and SOPs.
• Maintain 6S housekeeping and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing processes for the production of Plastic Pour Bottles.
• Perform and document line clearances.
• Verify correctness of material.
• Supply parts to and from manufacturing operations.
• Operate forklift to move gaylords and totes between production and warehouse.
• Clean and prep empty gaylords and stage finished goods.
• Report abnormalities and take corrective action.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean activities.
• Maintain clean, safe work area per 6S.
