Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the United States. You will operate reach and sit-down lifts, use RF scanning, and handle inbound/outbound materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You must be able to lift up to 65 lbs, work overtime as needed, and follow all safety and regulatory procedures. This role involves operating various pallet jacks and forklifts and using warehouse software like WM/Traxx.

Qualifications

• Experience using reach and sit-down lifts.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Overtime flexibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Verify product for Inbound Processes.
• Use a Radio Frequency Terminal / Scan gun to process product throughout warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with Regulatory, Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements (including spills, damages, and returns).
• Transport material using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Prepare, load, and secure materials for shipment.
• Receive, transport, and store materials.
• Placard all loads as required (government, military, export).
• Process and stage damaged product per SOPs.
• Meet KPI standards without damaging product.
• Participate in projects to improve safety, quality, service, and cost.
• Work with warehouse computer applications (WM, Traxx, RF Term).
• Inspect trailers and complete documentation.
• Activate temperature monitors on temperature-sensitive products.
