Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehousing, or inventory management.
• Proficiency with standard office software including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and standard work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records and report variances for action.
• Assist in reconciling inventory discrepancies by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory aisles and pick locations.
• Perform replenishment activities to support efficient picking processes.
• Complete stock conversions and work orders to balance inventory levels.
• Identify top stock pick locations to manage overflow of materials.
• Ensure proper pallet and shelf standards for new and active materials.
• Correct misplaced stock and communicate root causes for training.
• Process submitted inventory adjustment forms for completeness.
• Support storage locations for received materials using warehouse systems as needed.
• Receive materials/gaylords for internal transfers and move between locations.
• Perform pick tasks for OTO and B2B/Liquidation orders.
• Engage in projects related to materials and inventory management.
• Adhere to safety protocols; support packing activities for D2C, B2B, and OTO as needed.
