Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a hands-on warehouse associate to move materials, receive goods, and maintain inventory within our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include forklift operation, verifying quantities, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires 1+ year in a warehouse/manufacturing environment, forklift experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a physically active setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a warehouse/manufacturing environment required.
• Stand-up and sit-down forklift experience required.
• Inventory experience preferred.
• Experience using lifting equipment such as cranes and hoists required.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability; able to work independently.
• Physically active role in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Move materials to and from designated stock locations.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and materials.
• Log incoming materials into the computer system and store them in designated areas.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Separate non-conforming materials to prevent unintended use.
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and racks.
• Keep a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
