Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is hiring a dependable Material Handler / Warehouse Associate in New Castle, DE to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and manufacturing operations.

You will pick, pack, and prepare customer orders, process shipments, replenish materials, and manage inventory records. The role requires basic math, barcode scanning, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with forklift training available within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or computerized inventory systems is a plus.
• Barcode scanning and inventory experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to learn to operate a stand-up reach truck within the first 3 months.
• Dependable and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers.
• Replenish materials on the manufacturing floor.
• Pick parts using barcode scanners and inventory systems.
• Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials.
• Perform daily inventory cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
