Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
5–7 years of experience in material handling/warehouse operations or inventory control.
Valid forklift operator certification required.
OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Safety certification within 3 months of hire.
Vocational diploma in logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily material handling activities coordinating with supervisors and peers.
Perform complex receiving, storage, picking, and staging tasks with accuracy.
Conduct inventory reviews and resolve discrepancies.
Train and mentor less experienced material handlers on safety and workflow procedures.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment per OSHA and company policies.
Maintain organized storage areas and ensure safe access to materials.
Participate in process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce waste.
