Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment as authorized and in compliance with OSHA regulations. Identifies and escalates equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or process inefficiencies to leadership for timely resolution. **Education Qualifications:** High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required. **Work Experience:** Vocational/technical diploma in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred. 2–4 years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a related field required. **Certifications and Licenses:** Valid forklift operator certification required.
