• Experience with NetSuite ERP (Oracle) preferred; RF scanning inventory system preferred; forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Expertly and safely handle a wide variety of materials using forklifts, cranes, and automated systems.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels with regular cycle counts and records accuracy.
• Oversee order picking, packing, labeling, and on-time shipments.
• Lead warehouse layout optimization for space and accessibility.
• Inspect materials for damage or defects and manage disposition of non-conforming items.
• Operate and troubleshoot material handling equipment; perform maintenance as needed.
• Maintain paperwork including bills of lading and inventory reports.
• Promote safety protocols and develop safety programs with the team.
• Mentor Material Handler Level I teammates and support professional development.
• Identify process improvements and support cost-reduction initiatives.
