Responsibilities

• Operate and safely handle materials with forklifts, cranes, and automation.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct cycle counts with accuracy.
• Oversee order picking, packing, labeling, and on-time shipments.
• Lead warehouse layout organization for space optimization.
• Inspect materials for damage and manage non-conforming items.
• Maintain material handling equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Handle paperwork like bills of lading and inventory reports.
• Promote safety protocols and develop safety programs.
• Mentor Material Handler Level I team members.
• Identify materials-related issues and drive process improvements.
• Develop and deliver onboarding training for new staff.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
