Job summary

BD is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Sparks, MD site to support pallet/picking, packing, and shipment preparation in a fast-paced, on-site team. The role involves pallet building, inbound/outbound movement, and compliance with GDP, safety, and SAP-related tasks.

The role emphasizes hands-on operations, equipment handling, and cross-training across warehouse functions to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• On-site presence 4 days per week required.
• COVID-19 vaccination may be required depending on location and policy.

Responsibilities

• Process orders by scanning, picking, labeling, and packing.
• Build and wrap pallets, verify accuracy, and prepare shipments.
• Move goods using ERP/WMS systems and coordinate shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain certifications.
• Follow GDP, SOPs, safety protocols, and maintain clean work areas.
• Cross-train with other warehouse roles and provide backup during absences.
