Job summary

Waters is seeking a warehouse material handler for the 2nd shift in Sparks, MD. You will perform shipping, receiving, storing, staging and material provisioning for operators and production areas, with SAP transactions and GMP compliance.

The role may involve ordering materials, offloading deliveries and maintaining inventory levels across PSAs. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and offers exposure to SAP processes, a dynamic manufacturing environment, and OT as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with GMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative and physical tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing, staging and supplying materials to operators, workstations and distribution center
• May prepare goods for shipment to the distribution center
• May be responsible for ordering required materials from outside vendors and offload deliveries
• Physically locate the materials in the warehouse and perform SAP transactions
• Do bin to bin transfers for moves from the warehouse to the PSAs
• Hand load carts/racks equipment and deliver to production areas
• Run Material Staging in SAP
• May evaluate production schedules and determine materials needed from outside vendors
• Maintain required levels of materials in the various PSAs
• Follow GMP procedures and BD safety/housekeeping policies
• Work overtime as required
• Shift: 2nd shift 10 hr 2:00 PM-12:00 AM M-F (occasional Friday)
