Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a distribution center operator in Moreno Valley, CA to perform inbound/outbound duties, organize inventory, and fulfill orders with accuracy and speed. The role requires using RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match item numbers to documents.
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and RF technology.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience training teammates when needed.
• Experience with automotive parts or related merchandise (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise.
• Operate RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking tech.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation.
• Load/unload trailers and route trucks safely.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and report hazards.
• Support training and cover peak volumes.
