Job summary

WD is seeking a Material Handler to perform warehousing functions including receiving, processing stock, packing and shipping orders domestically and internationally. You will manage inventory using Oracle ERP and other ERP systems, and report data while communicating with suppliers and team members.

Essential duties include unloading trucks, processing orders, counting inventory, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven consistency, dependability, and reliability.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication, organization, time-management, and mathematical skills.
• Strong computer skills and high proficiency within inventory and supply chain management databases and systems.
• Working knowledge of SAP, ERP software required.
• Must be a motivated self-starter willing to learn and cross-train.

Responsibilities

• Assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Process payments, requests and supply orders.
• Retrieve materials and pack boxes.
• Prepare parcels for shipment and place orders in the delivery area.
• Sort and place materials or items into racks, shelves, or bins.
• Count physical inventory and report discrepancies.
• Perform supply chain and inventory management.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by keeping the pallets area and all work stations clean and organized.
• Communicate and coordinate with supervisor and team members.
• Follow all safety practices, guidelines, regulations, and procedures.
