Job summary

Gobravvo is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Associate to load/unload materials, process domestic and international shipping documents, and maintain accurate records. You will coordinate with customers and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and support receiving activities as needed.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to operate a box van and forklift, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years shipping experience, including domestic & international documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive box van/truck.
• Ability to read English and communicate clearly with team and customers.
• Commitment to safety, 5S and continuous improvement practices.
• Basic proficiency with Oracle, Excel and Word is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials onto pallets and containers by hand (up to 60 lb).
• Serve as primary contact for shipping-related activities for customers and management.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to resolve shipping discrepancies promptly.
• Close work orders, record shipping orders, and print/label shipping documentation.
• Prepare domestic and international shipping documents; ensure accuracy of records.
• Follow supervisor guidance on inventory, conformance, and materials reporting.
• Possibly assist with receiving; overtime may be required; adhere to safety warehouse rules.
• Lead and participate in 5S and warehouse continuous improvement activities.
• Operate box van/truck and forklift; maintain valid driver’s license.
