Lockheed Martin Corporation in Palmdale, CA or Fort Worth, TX seeks a Financial Management Staff (E4) – Cost Integrator to own EVM for key IPTs within a large program. You will drive cost integration, maintain baselines, and update forecasts.

You will perform variance analyses, identify risks and opportunities, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with CAMs, IPT Leads, engineering, and manufacturing to align financial decisions with technical realities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Program Finance or Earned Value Management.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

• Drive core cost‑integration functions: manage baseline, forecast updates, budget changes, rebaselines, ensure Cobra data accuracy.
• Perform deep‑dive variance analyses to identify root causes and craft corrective actions.
• Identify risks and opportunities; track mitigation with CAM and IPT Lead.
