Responsibilities

• Maintain central CNC program database and ensure proper routing by machine type.
• Provide shop floor technical support and troubleshoot tool paths and code logic in real time.
• Design custom workholding to maximize accuracy and throughput.
• Lead Lean initiatives and evaluate cycle times against standards.
• Collaborate with design engineers during prototype reviews for producible parts.
