Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an elite CNC Programmer for multi-axis machining and custom fixturing in the Duluth area. You will own full program development from scratch using Mastercam, design workholding, and participate in DFM reviews with design engineering.

This role offers high autonomy in an engineering-focused environment. Ideal candidates have 4+ years Mastercam experience or a technical degree with Mastercam proficiency, plus strong GD&T literacy and blueprint interpretation.

Qualifications

4+ years Mastercam programming depth or a BSME/Technical Degree with Mastercam proficiency.
Multi-Axis Machining Foundation: deep understanding of tooling, speeds/feeds and complex process development.
Blueprint reading, GD&T application, and precision inspection methods.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize complex Mastercam programs for multi-axis milling and turning centers.
Analyze 3D CAD data, engineering job orders, and prints to establish sequences, tooling and speeds/feeds.
Design custom workholding jigs and fixtures to ensure precise part positioning and throughput.
Maintain and audit the central CNC program database and routing files.
Provide shop-floor engineering support, troubleshoot setups and tooling issues.
Drive process optimization through cycle-time analyses and toolpath refinement.
