Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Mastercam programming depth or a technical degree with high Mastercam proficiency.
• Strong multi-axis machining fundamentals including tooling, speeds/feeds, and complex process development.
• Blueprint reading, GD&T application, and precision inspection methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop, verify, and optimize complex CNC programs from scratch using Mastercam for multi-axis milling and turning centers.
• Analyze 3D CAD data, prints, and orders to establish sequences, select tools, and calculate speeds/feeds.
• Design custom workholding jigs and fixtures to ensure precise part positioning and maximize throughput.
• Maintain and audit the central CNC program database across machine centers.
• Provide shop-floor engineering support, troubleshoot setups, tooling issues, and macro code.
• Drive process improvements with cycle-time analyses and reduced scrap.
