Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience.
• Proficient in Mastercam and CNC programming.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Create, refine, and troubleshoot CNC programs in Mastercam.
• Develop efficient toolpaths for milling and turning work.
• Support 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining strategies where applicable.
• Select tooling, cutting strategies, and workholding solutions.
• Partner with machinists to improve setups, cycle times, and quality.
• Troubleshoot machining problems and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain organized program documentation and revision control.
• Support quoting with machining strategy and time estimates.
• Help develop programming templates, standards, and best practices.
