Job summary

Greenway Ford (IL) is seeking a Senior Master Technician with Ford certification to join our service team. You will perform a wide range of mechanical services, diagnose and repair complex issues, and provide outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of automotive technician experience, Ford and ASE certifications, and a Master Technician certification. You will work at a Ford dealership that values training, safety, and career growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ford Certification
• ASE Certification
• Previous experience at a Ford dealership
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with a Master Technician certification preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and components.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
