Holt Motors, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Master Technician who is Ford-certified to join our team. You will perform a wide range of mechanical services, diagnose complex issues, and deliver top-quality workmanship on Ford vehicles.

This role requires Ford and ASE certifications, 5+ years as an automotive technician, and a strong track record in customer service. You will work at a Ford dealership with growth opportunities and a supportive, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Ford Certification is required.
• ASE Certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years as Automotive Technician; Master Technician certification preferred.
• Previous experience at a Ford dealership is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follows manufacturer specifications.
• Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
