Job summary

Mac Haik Ford Houston is seeking a Senior Master Technician who is Ford-certified to join our service team. This role performs a wide range of mechanical services, diagnoses complex issues, and delivers top-quality workmanship with exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has a strong automotive background, ASE certification, and at least five years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with Master Technician preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ford Certification.
• ASE Certification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Automotive Technician; Master Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follows manufacturer specifications.
• Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

• Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
