Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Senior Master Technician, Ford-certified, to join our team in Spencer, IA. You will perform a wide range of automotive repair work, diagnose complex issues, and deliver top-quality workmanship with a focus on customer service.

The role requires Master Technician certification, Ford and ASE credentials, at least 5 years of experience, and strong diagnostic skills. You will work in an environment with an air-conditioned shop and no weekend shifts, with opportunities for

  • Ford Certification and ASE certification required.
  • Master Technician certification required.
  • Minimum of 5 years as Automotive Technician.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follows manufacturer specifications.
  • Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions.
  • Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
