Job summary

Responsibilities

Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
Demonstrate products and participate in events to enhance guest experience.
Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures and maintain showroom and salon cleanliness.
Build guest relationships through consultations and personalized recommendations.
