The Master Stylist supports the Experience Manager and ASM through performance, people, and process, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

The role emphasizes service excellence, product knowledge, and ongoing training to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty in a busy salon environment.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficient in latest salon techniques for haircutting, coloring, styling, and makeup.
• Excellent communication and ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity for hair services by delivering exceptional guest service and contributing to store goals.
• Demonstrate products and drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives that deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and be knowledgeable about ingredients and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
