Job summary

CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense in Warren, MA seeks a Senior Planner to coordinate Master Scheduling and SIOP across Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, and Operations. You will build and maintain a robust master schedule, and communicate shortages to optimize linkages between customer demand, production, and material supply.

The role requires 5+ years in scheduling/planning ERP; experience with ERP systems and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or Management/Operations required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years scheduling/planning ERP systems experience mandatory; 10 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inputs to forecast and master schedule within capacity constraints to achieve on-time shipments.
• Review, prepare, and communicate shortages for tracking and completion targets with Manufacturing, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Provide inputs to Management to drive updates of schedule attainment problems from vendor shortages or customer changes.
• Manage sequencing of OEM pump, OEM valve, aftermarket parts, and repairs.
• Update the master schedule and 30/90/91+ forecast to align with market demand.
• Level load the plan to improve inventory, fulfillment, cycle time, capacity and growth.
• Utilize ERP systems and tools to manage material flow and prioritization.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Schedule project timeliness and milestones.
• Interface between Supply Chain, Finance, Production and Site Leadership to reduce costs and cycle times.
