Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a Master Scheduling professional to consolidate forecast, production plan and backlog into a stable master schedule. You will coordinate with Procurement, Product Management and Operations to align demand, capacity and material availability.

The role requires building strong cross-functional communication, maintaining MRP data integrity, and driving improvements in lead times while delivering aggregated schedules for SIOP alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent; 7+ years in Production Planning and Inventory Control.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and maintaining MRP data integrity.
  • Team player with the ability to influence without authority; strong time management and detail focus.
  • Knowledge of planning parameters, lead times and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

  • Develops a master schedule ensuring optimal load leveling and resource utilization.
  • Creates and hands over executable master schedule plans to production planners.
  • Analyze demand and supply balance and identify corrective actions.
  • Lead S&IOP processes, coordinate planning bills and link to the supply plan.
  • Maintain scheduling parameters and generate daily/weekly master schedule summaries.
