Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in West Caldwell, NJ seeks a Sr. Master Scheduler to lead the SIOP process and optimize demand, supply, and inventory. You will collaborate across functions to improve forecast accuracy and on-time delivery for multiple product lines.

The role requires 7 years in forecasting or planning, strong Lean/Kanban knowledge, and a bachelor’s in a related field. Master’s degree and CPIM/CSCP are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7 years of forecasting, demand planning, or statistical analysis in manufacturing.
• Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, and value stream management knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, operations, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; CPIM and CSCP certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead PFEP development to achieve lead times for assigned product lines and regions.
• Monitor PFEP execution for compliance and effectiveness.
• Use SIOP data and analyses to optimize PFEPs and inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to adjust forecasts for market dynamics and large projects.
• Align demand forecasts with supply chain capabilities and lead times.
• Identify gaps in material and capacity planning and address them.
• Lead SIOP processes, identify risks and opportunities for assigned sites.
