Job summary

CACI is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to develop and manage complex schedules for DoD programs at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role requires a Secret clearance, multi-domain coordination, and strong MS Project skills.

The ideal candidate will baseline and maintain schedules, integrate vendor and government activities, and provide leadership with actionable status reports and risk assessments. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of scheduling experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of scheduling, project controls, or program management experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for multi-program or multi-vendor efforts.
• Experience integrating supplier/ OEM or production schedules into a program-level schedule.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office (Excel).
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, baseline, and maintain program and portfolio Integrated Master Schedules reflecting milestones, documentation, vendor deliverables, hardware production, and system integration.
• Integrate lower-tier schedules from vendors, integrators, and government activities into a single networked schedule with traceability.
• Map multi-tier production and delivery schedules to reveal slips and impacts downstream.
• Forecast production shortfalls and quantify schedule impact to vendors and systems integration.
• Identify, track, and status defense acquisition events and documentation for review readiness.
• Perform critical path and variance analyses; identify schedule conflicts and rationale for corrective action.
• Collect status from program teams and vendors; update the schedule and produce reports for leadership.
