Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior Master Scheduler of Manufacturing in Sheboygan, WI. The role focuses on developing and managing the Master Production Schedule to align customer demand with production capacity and inventory targets.

You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Materials, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, and global teams to optimize planning and on-time delivery. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, ERP planning, and S&OP processes within a fast-paced manufacturing

• Uses ERP planning systems and coordinates with multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the Master Production Schedule across multiple production lines.
• Analyze capacity constraints and partner with Materials and Manufacturing to build feasible plans.
• Lead scheduling inputs for monthly S&OP processes and prepare planning materials.
• Monitor supply chain metrics such as LOTIF and OFCT to drive performance.
• Coordinate with a team of Master Schedulers to ensure alignment.
