Job summary

The Amatriot Group in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and maintain government and contractor schedules within the program's IMP and IMS. The role requires 5+ years of schedule management experience and an Active Secret or higher clearance.

You'll lead Agile-based scheduling, manage updates with customers, and produce regular progress reports for stakeholders using Microsoft 365, Visio, and Adobe Pro. Must be able to deliver complex schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in complex program schedule management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
• Must be proficient with MS Project.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment preferred.
• Experience using Atlassian Jira preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and maintain schedules within the program's IMP and IMS.
• Develop Agile-based schedule in accordance with Program Increments and Sprints, using Kanban for Service Delivery.
• Manage schedule updates and approvals with internal and external customers.
• Provide recurring program schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Develop solutions to mitigate schedule risk and achieve program goals.
• Report on program progress per the IMP and resolve critical path items.
• Identify and recommend scheduling best practices across the program.
• Communicate effectively using MS 365, Visio, and Adobe Pro.
• Prioritize tasks and apply creative problem-solving across situations.
