Job summary

Novelis, a global leader in aluminum recycling and rolling based in Atlanta, Georgia, seeks a Senior Supply Chain Analyst - Master Planning for the North America team. This role owns the integration, coordination, and monitoring of all planning activities for a defined product line.

You will maintain master data, set planning parameters, monitor SAP data and S&OP alignment, and work with planners, demand managers, and the commercial team to drive on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field with exposure to supply chain management through experience and/or coursework.
• 5+ years in multinational manufacturing; similar industry preferred.
• Prior SAP APO experience.
• Ability to manipulate, cleanse and analyze large data in Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP APO planning parameters and order execution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent prioritization and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot planning issues for the assigned product line and document outcomes.
• Review SAP data vs S&OP concordance; monitor bookings vs capacity.
• Recommend lead time changes and coordinate product route changes.
• Initiate/coordinate Master Data Management (MDM) requests.
• Monitor SAP alerts and coordinate corrective actions with planners.
• Ensure alignment of orders through procurement to delivery; coordinate with production planners.
• Collaborate with facility planning teams and engineers to ensure data accuracy.
