You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align demand with manufacturing capabilities and ensure exceptional delivery performance. This role demands strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in master scheduling, production planning, or operations planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management, forecasting, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated production plans balancing customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability and business priorities.
• Own production scheduling and proactively identify risks that could impact delivery commitments.
• Manage schedule changes, expedited orders, and shifting priorities while minimizing operational disruption.
• Maintain planning parameters and data integrity within ERP/MRP systems.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning activities through forecasting, scenario analysis, and business planning recommendations.
• Lead initiatives focused on lead-time reduction, schedule adherence, inventory optimization, and delivery performance.
