Job summary

Ardena is hiring a 3rd Shift Supervisor in Somerset, NJ to lead production and packaging operations on a 24/5 manufacturing floor. You will supervise, train, and coach staff, ensuring GMP compliance and quality documentation across shifts.

The role collaborates with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, and other departments to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, or related scientific discipline with 1+ years in GMP manufacturing.
• OR Associate Degree with 4+ years in GMP manufacturing and 2+ years leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing and packaging operations in compliance with cGMP, FDA, DEA, OSHA.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff across shifts to ensure safe and productive operations.
• Coordinate staffing, training, performance management, and approvals.
