Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Customer Master Data & Analytics to lead governance, data quality, and operational excellence for Customer Master Data across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems.

You will partner cross-functionally to support Order-to-Cash execution, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making, while driving automation and continuous improvement. You will manage DSP workflows, oversee data standards, and provide executive reporting on KPIs and data quality,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Data & Analytics in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and cross-functional partnering across Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Pricing, and IT.
• Proven ability to influence, drive change, and operate independently in a global matrix organization.
• Experience leading process improvement and data quality initiatives with governance, compliance and operational excellence focus.
• Project management capabilities on medium-to-large initiatives (Smartsheet or similar).
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with translating direction into actionable insights.
• High proficiency in Excel; hands-on SQL Server, Power BI, Oracle, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Master Data vision, roadmap, and governance across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems.
• Serve as senior contact for Customer Master Data across multiple functions.
• Define and enforce global data standards, stewardship, and data quality controls.
• Drive continuous improvement and balance global standardization with agility.
• Oversee DSP/MDM operating models, intake, approvals, and audits.
• Lead DSP workflows for timely processing and SLA adherence.
• Support end-to-end SAP enhancements, integrations, and data remediation.
• Deliver executive analytics on data quality, KPIs, and process performance.
