Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Senior Analyst, Customer Master Data & Analytics, to lead governance and data quality for Customer Master Data across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems. You will partner with Finance, CS, SCM, Pricing, and IT to deliver accurate data for OTC execution and compliance.

You will drive AI-enabled automation, enhance data remediation, and deliver KPI-driven insights to senior leadership while guiding global data standards and process improvements across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Data & Analytics.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes across multiple functions.
• Ability to influence, drive change, and operate independently in a global matrix organization.
• Proven experience leading process improvement and data quality initiatives with governance and compliance focus.
• Strong project management capabilities with Smartsheet or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Master Data vision, roadmap, and governance across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems.
• Serve as senior contact for Customer Master Data across multiple functions (CS, Supply Chain, Finance, IT).
• Define and enforce global data standards, stewardship practices, and data quality controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and balance standardization with agility.
• Oversee DSP workflows, compliance, and audit readiness; manage data remediation initiatives.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on data quality, KPIs, and process performance.
