Job summary

The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD is seeking a Master Level Clinician in Houston to assess, plan recovery, and provide trauma-informed services under licensed supervision. You will collaborate with the treatment team to tailor interventions and ensure continuity of care.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree with TX licensure (LPC-A, LMFT-A or LMSW) and have at least 6 months of clinical experience, with strong CBT and crisis intervention skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• LPC-A, LMFT-A or LMSW in TX.

Responsibilities

• Formulation of treatment plans and admission/discharge planning.
• Monitor progress toward treatment goals and intervene as needed.
• Provide CBT-focused interventions and crisis stabilization.
• Coordinate access to care and ensure treatments meet medical necessity.
