gpac is assisting a well-established plaintiffs' litigation firm in seeking a mid- to senior-level Mass Torts Attorney to join its Dallas office. The attorney will manage complex asbestos mass tort matters and lead a case-management team.

Ideal candidates have strong asbestos litigation background, experience supervising paralegals and junior attorneys, and are licensed to practice in Texas. This full-time, in-office role offers meaningful responsibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mass torts experience with a strong asbestos litigation background.
• Mid-level to senior-level litigation experience.
• Experience managing mass tort cases and multiple active dockets from inception through resolution.
• Experience supervising or mentoring paralegals, legal assistants, or junior attorneys.
• Strong legal research, organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, work independently, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.

Responsabilités

• Lead mass tort and asbestos docket strategy and management.
• Oversee case management from inception through resolution.
• Mentor and supervise paralegals and junior attorneys; collaborate with leadership on practice development.
